At those prices, I wonder how much of a loss leader these steak specials hit the bottom line. Even if Ellis Island get the cuts no one else want and get them at an amazing price, their profit margin on each plate after all costs are taken into account (food, plates, electricity, salaries, water, etc) must be quite small. 29.03.2008

Nov 07, 2020 · This was our first time that we have ventured into Ellis Island. It is a small casino off the strip where many locals hang out. We had heard about their $7.99 steak dinner so decided to try it out. The steak was amazing and we enjoyed the small casino also. Ample parking available. Dining room was packed.
